Expungement
I committed a robbery in January of
1997. Since then I have been a model
citizen. How can I determine if I am
now, or will I ever be an eligible case for
expungment?

Colorado law would have to change. Right now, even a misdemeanor conviction cannot be sealed, even if you happen to be the Pope.
