Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Expungement
When I was 13 years old I was arrested for felony menacing and i was adjudicated a delinquent by the courts. I am 22 years old now and i havent had any other charges. I go to court on 9-9-09 for the hearing on my petition for expungment. I dont know what i can say to help my case. Is there anything i can do?

Re: Expungement
1) You can get your old juvie defense attorney to appear with you (or you can hire a new one). 2) Be able to show job/education and that you have been responsible/non-violent since the adjudication. 3) Find SPECIFIC instances of any "adverse consequences" and show them to the Court to support the need for expungment.
