Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
extradition
i was sent to prison in missouri in 05 and while i was in there the state of colorado had put a hold on me. lest that 10 days latter i recieved a letter back saying that they where refusing to take me back and prosecute me now doesn't that mean that they gave up their rights to continue prosecution?
