Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
can you tell me what an F6 and M3 are? My daughters new boyfriend got pulled over with a friend and got put in jail for a bench warrant - I've heard very few details of past infractions and am just wondering what this new stuff means - never been in the system so understand any of it-can you provide any feedback? thanks

A F6 is shorthand for a class 6 felony (the lowest classification of felony); M3 is a class 3 misdemeanor (the lowest classification of misdemeanor).
