Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
felony charges
I was living in Colorado with a roommate and decided to move back to Utah to my family and she was very upset that i was moving.I moved out and then eventually moved back to Seattle.I am disabled and went to apply for disability and they told me that I have a 3rd degree domestic violence felony in Colorado.I had no knowledge of this..apparently there was a court date but i was not aware of anything..I believe that she may have stolen my drivers license which ended up missing when I left.I have never been in any trouble before and have no idea how to fix this or what to do any advice or help ? thank you in advance-

Unfortunately, you need to hire an attorney to straighten this mess out. Good luck.
