Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Do felony convictions ''fall off'' my record?
I have a felony conviction from when I was 18 for conspiracy to commit menacing. I took a probation deal and finished in a year and a half. It's been nearly 8 years since this conviction. Is it true that convictions come off after a 7 year timeframe?
