Felony domestic violence
Can you explain what conflict of interest is, and would a conflict of interest have precidence in over ruling a conviction? the DA who convicted my brother lied in court about representing a party, when asked about the case, denied knowing anything about it, but was a public defender to a witness in the case he denied knowing, can my brothers case be thrown out of court because of this?

Look at the remedy. If you prove perjury, the remedy is criminal sanction, NOT denial of evidence.
