Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Felony escape, and parole violation

My fiancee was on parole, awaiting a sentencing for a felony escape charge he will receive 6mos to 2years. Before his court date he recieved 2 charges, resisting arrest, and minor in possession and was apprehended. How will these charges affect his sentencing? and what length of a sentence do you believe he will get?

Re: Felony escape, and parole violation

The escape is going to be consecutive to any other sentence. I would expect the escape or the new charges would support a parole violation, so he'll be in custody for that (for remainder of sentence plus mandatory parole term plus sentence on escape plus any sentence for new charges. He is looking at multiple years if he doesn't have a defense. He needs counsel.
