felony menacing
a minor child was kicking my pregnant girlfriend in the stomach i did a choke hold move to pull her off my my gf im willing to plead guilty what kind of deal can i get

Well, as long as the "child" is not seriously injured (meaning that the force used is reasonable relative to the harm or potential harm being protected against), then I would not plea to anything. I would fight it - at least until we got you a dismissal or as close to it as possible.
