Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Hi, I got on felony probation in 2008 for Identity theft. I was sentanced 2 years probation with a deferred judgement. Later on I caught a prositution charge in another county and I knew that they were going to revoke me because they were trying to revoke me for a hot ua. I went on the run because my dad was on his death bed and my and lil sister was going to have life threatening surgery. I am the oldest so I had to NOT be in jail. Now it is a year and a half later and I am in college and have a very good job and wanna be free without warrents...What should I do?

Get an attorney to negotiate a resolution with the DA. I have had a lot of success doing this and I'd be glad to help. Good luck.

As you suspect, I am sure that there are warrants out for you at this time. You need an attorney in both cases, and Motions to QUASH warrants. A negotiated resolution between an attorney and BOTH DA's will likely be much better. The time to do it yourself has passed. For info about probation, take the probation and time tests at www.lawyerdan.com.
