Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Felony 3 (property - aggravated auto theft)
Will Colorado extradite on a Felony 3 (property - aggravated auto theft) from KY. Person has been in jail for 4 days. Bond was not set in KY because it is a Colorado warrant. Person has just completed probation in Colorado for another crime. Will the D.A. look at this persons history or just let it go no to extradite back to Co?

Colorado will extradite especially if someone is on probation from here.
