fiance needs to get a good lawyer, needs not to discuss facts with anyone except the lawyer (including you), fiance needs to be aware that if the accuser calls that the police are listening and recording and fiance should not discuss the facts of the case with accuser

fiance needs to understand this could put him/her in jail for the rest of his/her life and so a good lawyer is a must -
