Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My fiance is being held in acdf and fe was assulted by 3 of the officers over a month ago and they are telling us they cant give out his case number on this because its not open to the public and the officers are investgting there own officers what are are options

There is no need to release details to you, the public. He has a due procees right to know why he is being held. HE can get the case number. His lawyer can get the case number. Hire a lawyer or have him request it himself.
