Fiance on parole
My fiance was recently picked up in Pueblo County on absconding charges and possession of a deadly weapon. Which his parole is set up in Pueblo, and he was helping his father do some work is why the knife was in his pocket.

What is your question? He better have a very good reason to establish that the possession of knife was neccessary for the kind of work he claims he was doing for his father. The story better match and with the location he was picked up.
It is up to parole whether or not to revoke his parole and send him back to prison.
What was he absconding from was it his court apperance date or was it he missed his contacts with the parole officer?. Does he have a very good reason for absconding?
