Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Fiance's parole) We live in Colo. Spgs. Co. in El Paso Cnty. Matter of 3 missed ua's. Can he request for a transfer of his parole to another state where he's been offered a job? Do the missed ua's affect
his eligiability for a transfer?

Yes, he can request an interstate transfer; whether or not it happens depends on the parole boards in both Colorado and the state he wants to move to; they both must approve it.
The 3 missed UA's put him in danger of getting regressed back to DOC. His PO will definately take that in mind when considering a request to move. It won't help.
Missed UAs do not make you ineligible to transfer. Regression, which could be based on the missed UAs, will effect eligibility. More importantly, the missed UAs may cause the receiving state to not accept the transfer.
