Draft a motion pursuant to rule 35(b), CRCP that sets out what your sentence is, and also the reasons why the court should change it. Take it to the clerk's office in the county where you got sentenced. Mail a copy to the DA's office. Call the clerk of the division of the court that sentenced you and set a hearing.
You must file this within 120 days of sentencing.
