Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I am trying to find out something, I am being charge with Fugitive of Justice charges because I had two warrants out for my arrest in another state that I had no clue about, and got pulled over and arrested in Colorado, the initial charges are in illinois. I bailed out and have court on friday, what do i do to not be extradited? What is going to happen at the court date, or usually happens at the first court date for this charge?

I move the Court to uash the warrants. Get the issuinmg court (in Ill.) to cancel the warrants, then the serving court (in Colo.) can quash them. Contact the issuing court (in illinois) and find out what they are about.
