Finding Information On Court Case
How can I get information about an arrest when I was in college. The case was in Alamosa, Colorado in 1990. I was given 1 year probation on a misdemeanor and it is now showing a felony on background checks. I was in possession of a slim jim.

Re: Finding Information On Court Case
The Clerk of Court of the court of your conviction maintains all case files indefinitely. Contact the Clerk. Old records are usually on microfiche.
The PD will also have a record of the original arrest.
