finding Money in a checkbook in casino
hubby found a wallet in casino took money out, recv'd a call from local casino police dept and stated tht he would return the monies now is charged w/ theft, and issued a summons and have to pay court costs is this right?

He should not have to pay court costs, surcharges or fines if he is acquitted at trial.
