finding Money
hubby found a wallet in casino took money out, recv'd a call from local casino police dept and now is charged w/ theft, and issued a summons and have to pay court costs is this right?

Taking money from a wallet that isn't yours, with the intention to permanently deprive the owner of the money, is no-brainer theft.
