Flight from Prsocution
My Friend Failed to appear for his sentenceing Hearing, for a F4 burglary Two F5 criminal tresspassing on the 3/18/08. Plea agreement was two to Five years in D.O.C.. Dose this affect my plea agreement and is there new charges for failing to appear.

Your plea agreement is not dependant on your friend. You face no new charges for your friend's failure to appear. Your friend is likely going to face bond-jumping charges.

It should not affect your own plea agreement, but your friend will face additional charges for failing to appear.
