forgery crimanal impersonation

i had a warrent out for my arrest and i got pulled over instead of using my name i used my brother's name and signed a ticket with his name so i got both forgery and crimanal imersonation what or is there anything i can do so i dont go to jail or get on probation i am willing to do comunity service

Those type of charges are serious because they are felony charges. You always want to avoid felony convictions. If you have a limited criminal history, you can avoid a conviction. I have handled similar cases with success.
