Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
i found two gift cards for target total of 45 dollors now to find out they where stolen and they are trying to press charges on me what can they do and what charges can they press against me?

You have the right to defend yourself in the Colorado Court and, if your case proceeds to a trial, the prosecution has the obligation of proving you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of a specific criminal offense in order to obtain a conviction against you at that trial.
