I just found out that my soon to be ex husband forged my name on a life insurance policy he took out on me and listed himself as the sole beneficiary. What can I do?

You can (should) alert the carrier that the signature is not valid. The H can contract for life insurance on you without your permission. That is not a crime. However, the representation that is made by a forged signature is fraudulent.
