Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
fraud case
I am currently on parole for fraud related offenses and recently a friend and i went to court for her traffic case and she was arrested for credit card fraud whereupon they attempted to question me which i refused then they ran my name and asked for my parole officers name and released me. The girl was then released on 15000 bond and they impounded the car because she refused to let them search and the police told them that if my prints were on anything in there they were arresting me now my prints are definately on stuff in there however I dont see what that infers. My concern is that because of my past Ill be arrested anyway and because of my parole wont be allowed bond. The girl and another male were both on camera and the cops know that neither are me. Yet I am paranoid that there going to screw me
