Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My friend was arrested the other day for not registering as a sex offender. He was supposed to have court yesterday to be formally charged. He does not have a warrant. He is still being held in custody almost 1 week later. What is our .?n.ext step? When do they have to release him?
