Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I have a friend who recently was involved in an auto accident. He was given a ticket for driving without a license, no auto insurance and causing bodily injury to the person in the other car. He also has a citation for a DUI in which he has a court date in July. My question is: are we looking at jail time her, are is there a possibly of bail?

Yes, jail is possible if he has aggravators. It also depends on how the DUI was incurred. I would need to know more.
As for bail, your question may be misplaced. Bail can be posted to get him out of jail while awaiting trial or court appearances (and sentencing). Bail is rarerly set for appeals after trial. Bail is never set as a sentence.
