Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Ftc
Hi my question is if a warrent is issued for failure to comply is that in itself ''probation violation'' the defendant was ordered to pay Restitution and never made contact with the probation officer. im trying to understand if the FTC is for non payment or is for the zero contact with pb\o. either would result in violation of probation right? hope someone can help thanks

Re: Ftc
You are correct. Both are violations of the conditions of probation, and both are grounds for probation revocation which could result in incarceration according to the terms of the original sentence.
