Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Just a generalized question, does a person with a felony and other cases pending, including another felony, who is also on probation... Do they have to let a possible roommate know, male or female? I was a domestic victim and the defendant of my case is subletting the place we rented. I am just concerned for others safety, he is a loose cannon.

1) Bond conditions
2) Rental contract conditions.
3) If one of the priors is a sexual offense.
