Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
can this gentlemen get out on parole???
he has two convictions that we know of...im not sure of the legal term....but--(enganged in sexual intercourse with minors)....and possibly a third time.... he has currently served 5 years....and has a parole hearing next may....
if he indeed does not make parole....he has a mandatory release date of 2020....
what are his chances of making parole next may??

Sex offenders in Colorado are subject to the Lifetime Supervision Act. I think you read it wrong that there is any "mandatory release date". He likely has a life sentence.
