Giving alcohol
Can I legally give a bottle of wine/liquor to a man on the street if he is of legal drinking age?

It depends. If he is not already drunk, so that giving him a bottle of booze will not endanger his safety or that of others, you can make a gift.
But do him a favor and move him out of the street before he's struck by a car.
