governor pardon
charged in 2006 with poss. of
marijuana w/ intent and poss. of
controlled substance valium. I have
a prescription for valium and have
since before conviction . I also have
medical marijuana licence in colorado
. can i recieve pardon from governor

That would depend entirely upon the facts of the charges, not to mention whether your prescription and license were in effect at the time of the alleged offenses, rather than the time of the conviction.
