Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Not Guilty Please Help
Hello, I'm afraid I've gotten myself into a little trouble and today it just got worse. I missed my court today, I don't know what to do. Can you tell me the standard procedure for failure to appear and how I can fix it without jail time?

Re: Not Guilty Please Help
I can help, but you will need to have someone appear for you very soon. I cannot make a prediction about jail unless I have more information, but if it was simply a minor case or a traffic violation, then likely no problem. Please call me today and lets discuss how to proceed.
