Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
what can happen to me
got a mip and possesion of marijauna in a a car. They suspended my liscense, all i had to do was community service and fines to get it back. im an idiot and didnt do it, i have a 1.5 year old daughter and a warrant out for my arrest now, im the only one who works and supports my family and they would be screwed without my income, im not a bad guy but just made some stupid decisions, im wondering what i should do to make things right without putting my family in harm.

You have to quash the warrant, then do the required UPS. You need an attorney for this reason: if you show up at the Courthouse to address this, the warrant will be served and you will be arrested. Attorneys will not get arrested due to your warrant.
