Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
hird degree assault with domestic violence
Sat night b4 mom's day I was arrested for 3rd degree assault with a domestic violence charge. The Police found us outside and apparently my husband was bleeding pretty badly because I had scratched him. We were both intoxicated, however I was beligerent and very drunk. I was taken to housing @ LCDC in Ft. Collins, Co. On the following Monday I was released on a PR bond of $5000. My husband has written a letter to the DA asking for them to drop the charges. This is my 1st and only offence. How should I plea?
