My husband is going to be extradited from Indiana to Colorado on 3 misdeameanor warrants. How long does Colorado have to come and get him before Indiana releases him?

The state of Colorado does not spend the money to travel so far out of state to get defendants on Misdemeanor warrants. Indiana LEOs should release him as soon as Colorado courts decline to get him. Otherwise, I think it is 15 days on the "UNIFORM CRIMINAL EXTRADITION ACT". Read the act.
