Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My husband was extradited from New Jersey back to Colorado because he failed to report to parole colorado put a warrant out. He signed the extradition paperwork and is now back in colorado.....he sees the parole board on the 20th. He still has not been served paperwork with the charges.
Wasnt he suppose to? and how long do they have from being extradited back to serve these papers. I mean shouldnt he have them before he goes before the parole board???
Thankyou

Your question seems to be about a writing. If he was on parole, the charges were likely put in writing years ago. Your concern may be about the sentence, and the way it is being served. More information is needed, but it seems that he needs counsel at the place where he is being held. Get counsel.
