Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
my husband was on parol doing well he was on the ankel bracelet and broke curfew and got scared and didnt go back home and now is being charged for escape felony 3

Not only does he have the new escape charge, but his parole on the old charge will be revoked. I would expect him to be in CJC awaiting transfer to DOC for re-entry. Nothing good will happen now, but his situation can get worse without help. Expect at least a 90 day re-entry followed by a 6 month consecutive for escape. His PO will have much influence, so have counsel contact the PO.
