Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My husband was just out on parole and was doing his parole at a half way house as a condition of parole. He has a serious drug addition and got high and did not return back to the facility. He has now been charge with escape w/ adams county colorado. This will be his 3rd ecsape charge. Is he at risk of being charged the habitual (3-strike law)?

there is no automatic 3 strike rule in Colorado, but 2 felony convictions can result in not being eligible for probation.
