Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My husbands boss came across some checks that my husband was cashing. My husbands uncle was stealing the checks having his wife sign them and was having my husband cash them. Its an estimated $2000 in checks cashed. I know my husband did wrong but I believe the other partys involved should be in trouble as well. No charges have been filed yet but I need to be prepared for the worse.
