Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Indecent Exposure
I was charged today with this crime because I ''supposedly'' drove thru a coffee shop with my penis visable. I dont' know the specifics because I was unaware of this. This supposedly happened 5 days ago but the complaintant filed yesterday. I don't know what to think, do, or say. I have never been in any trouble before and need some legal help I think but I am not sure.

this is not something you want on your record. sex offenses can really cause you a problem. Get a good lawyer to help you. it is worth the money.
do this now - make no statements to the police or DA or press or anyone except your lawyer
