Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I was informed today during a meeting with the Colorado DMV investigations unit that a former roommate of mine stole my birth certificate and social security card and tried to obtain a CDL under my name. He was not successful but I was wondering what I need to do to file charges on top of what the DMV is already sending to the Denver DAs office.
