Re: injury to property

Criminal Mischief, insurance fraud, and arson come to mind. I'm sure there are more problems. If you own the property, and NO ONE else has a possessory interest it, you can destroy it at will, as long as the method of destruction (explosion, fire, etc.) does not endanger anyone else.

Re: injury to property

If it is owned jointly with another person and you are in a domestic relationship with that person, yes you can. Good luck.

Re: injury to property

Yes, if it's insured, or another person has a present or future interest in it, and the damage is deliberate or negligent.

Otherwise, if it's yours alone, and you injure it in a way so as not to cause public alarm, you can stomp it, punch it, give it a ride down the toilet, or burn it to hell and gone.

Be careful about that last method: that can easily get out of hand.

Good luck, and have fun destroying that hard-earned property.
