Inmate's rights to attend family furnerals
what are the law or regulations concerning inmates rights to attend inmediate family members furnerals? Does this law change from state to state?

State Secretary of Dept of Corrections would set these policies, I'm guessing. The institution in which one may be incarcerated would enforce them.
