Im innocent!! yet guilty?PLEASE help?

Please help... how can i best prove my case in court?

few months back im driving wen i get pulled over, had a warrant! for 50000 felony! find out its over 1yr old and after bonding out for $5000 (ouchouchouch) that i THOUGHT id get back upon coming back to court, i soon find out its 2 charges for making meth and selling meth! WTF! so i go to court a mo later and prosecuting att.tells me they have all these containers with meth with my prints all over them- see the pictures- bam! it was a apt i was payed to clean out proceeding a abandonment or somethin that a friends parent had been renting to who knows- ofcourse my prints are on everything inside the entire place as me and my friend cleaned it all out, and since when is meth a red liqued in glass jars? im freakin out please experienced people answer this is no joke its my life up in the air, thanks. im in colorado, have no record, and the owner will quickly testify i never lived there or stayed there. there sayin 1000gms or more SO special offender charges to boot! 28 YEARS MANDITORY MIN., for cleaning a apt.for a buds parents, for 100$. please help me [email protected], sry 4 grmer & writin a book, nowhere else to turn. cant afford a lawyer, over qual. for p.d. wtheck

Stop talking with the police and DA. Get an attorney. This should cost a minimum of $5000. You will get your bond money back when the case is over. The DA does have to prove that you knew what the stuff was when it was in your possession.

BTW - where did you move the stuff? How did the police find it?
