Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Internet Bully

So let's say that a person is attacking a person online. And stopping just short of threatning that person. If the person being attacked were to explain to the person doing the attacking how easy it would be to find that person. And explain why, what could be the legal reprocussions?
