Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Internet Bully
So let's say that a person is attacking a person online. And stopping just short of threatning that person. If the person being attacked were to explain to the person doing the attacking how easy it would be to find that person. And explain why, what could be the legal reprocussions?

Re: Internet Bully
There aren't any legal repercussions to providing information. But let's just say it would be even easier for the person being attacked to ignore the online attacker and get on with his or her life. People who do this sort of thing do it for attention. If you pay no attention, they soon slink away to look for some sucker who does.
