Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

isp/medical emergency

I am on isp probation in Denver, my 74 y.o. father is ill and dying in New Mexico and I need to be there. My p.o. ought to have taken me off of isp over 6 months ago but never got around to the paperwork and now refuses to let me go back-it's a nightmere and I need to know what are my rights and how can they legally refuse to let me travel out of state for a medical emergency? This is not right. Thank you.

You can take your request to leave directly to the judge. Support it with memos from the hospital or doctor that show failing health.
