hi, what is jail time for a misdeameanor?

There are three classes of misdemeanors. Class 3 may win no time in jail, up to six months. Class 2 gets no time up to a year. Class 1 nets no time up to 18 months.

it depends on the offense and aggravators. nothing to 24 months JAIL, no prison time.
