If jail time is not on the table, can the court add it back on if I loose my case?

Upon conviction, the Court may sentence you to anything you were liable for. If jail is within the statutory max, you may be sentenced to that. Only out is county court, misdo, pro se, and People have waived jail (this waiver must be done in court and made to the judge).
